Delivery - Domestic:
Surflogic Australia delivery times are approximate as follows:

Eastern States 3 - 5 Business Days
WA & Remote Areas (including TAS) 5 - 8 Business Days

 

Shipping - Domestic:
Surflogic Australia offers free standard shipping Australia-wide to all orders over $100.00.

For orders Australia-wide under $100.00 a flat-rate shipping fee of $12.00 will be charged.

Surflogic Australia offers express shipping for all orders Australia-wide for $25.00.

Shipping fees for returns and exchanges Australia-wide are to be paid for by the customer as detailed below.

Shipping - International:

Surflogic Australia offers international shipping for orders to New Zealand for a flat rate of $25.00 AUD.

Surflogic Australia - Return & Exchange Policies

Returns:

Surflogic Australia offers a 15-day money-back guarantee for online purchases.  The 15-day time period is determined from the date of purchase.  For further information about returns, please email Surflogic Australia at returns@oceanactive.com.au.

Please note that returns will only be authorised if:

  • Return requests are made within the 15-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase
  • Proof of purchase is supplied
  • The item or items to be returned are unused and undamaged
  • The item or items to be returned are in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging and all hanging tags are attached


Please also note that:

  • Return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer
  • Surflogic Australia recommends using a registered mail system, retaining parcel tracking information, and pre-paying all postage
  • The customer assumes any risk of goods being lost, stolen or damaged during transit
  • Surflogic Australia reserve's the right to refuse a refund and may return the items to you if your return does not comply with our policy.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the purchasing cardholder
  • Refunds will not be accepted under any condition if you fail to meet the policy procedures above

 

Exchanges:

Surflogic Australia offers a 30-day exchange period for online purchases.  The 30-day time period is determined from the date of purchase.  Please email Surflogic Australia at returns@oceanactive.com.au for further information about exchanges.

Please note that exchanges will only be authorised if:

  • Exchange requests are made within the 30-day exchange period from the date of purchase
  • Proof of purchase is supplied
  • The item or items to be exchanged are unused and undamaged
  • The item or items to be exchanged are in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging and all hanging tags are attached

Surflogic Australia - Warranties

Surflogic Australia's products are guaranteed from any hidden defects due to manufacturing flaws that make them unfit for use.  Please contact Surflogic Australia's Customer Service Team via email and include a description of the warranty issue:  returns@oceanactive.com.au.

Surflogic Australia's Customer Service Team will advise where to send warranty claimed items.  Please note that the original invoice must also be included with the product.  Please also be aware that the customer will be responsible for the expense of sending the warranty item to the advised address.  Surflogic Australia will send, at its expense, a replacement product free from hidden defects in exchange unless there is a stock shortage.

In the case of stock shortage, the customer shall be eligible for a refund for the initial product or a different replacement product of equal value.
